Guest and Ticketing Information for SHS Students
Your Student ID number is the passcode when ordering tickets.
Students must attend school on 5/9/25 to attend the prom.
Any unexcused absences on this day will result in the student not being permitted to attend the prom.
If a student is out for a VALID reason (e.g. a doctor’s appointment), then the doctor’s note must be sent to the attendance office (attendance@salisburysd.org) by 3:00pm on 5/9/25.
Bringing a guest who is not from SHS? Please ensure you complete the Guest Form when purchasing your tickets. This is required for any non-SHS guest attending the event. A photo ID is required for all guests. A copy of their ID must also be provided with their guest form. Guest forms are due to Mrs. Wilson by April 29, 2025.
Buying a ticket for another SHS student? No need to complete the guest form. You can simply purchase the tickets for the other student without additional paperwork.
Important: The name on each ticket must be that of a student, NOT a parent or guardian. Please double-check to ensure the correct name is entered when purchasing.
Name Changes: If there is a change to the name on the tickets, please let Mrs. Wilson know as soon as possible.
You can buy one or two tickets per transaction.
Any student leaving Prom before 10 PM will not be allowed re-entry.
