Salisbury HS Prom 2025

Guest and Ticketing Information for SHS Students

  • Your Student ID number is the passcode when ordering tickets.

  • Students must attend school on 5/9/25 to attend the prom.

    • Any unexcused absences on this day will result in the student not being permitted to attend the prom. 

    • If a student is out for a VALID reason (e.g. a doctor’s appointment), then the doctor’s note must be sent to the attendance office (attendance@salisburysd.org) by 3:00pm on 5/9/25.

  • Bringing a guest who is not from SHS? Please ensure you complete the Guest Form when purchasing your tickets. This is required for any non-SHS guest attending the event. A photo ID is required for all guests. A copy of their ID must also be provided with their guest form. Guest forms are due to Mrs. Wilson by April 29, 2025.

  • Buying a ticket for another SHS student? No need to complete the guest form. You can simply purchase the tickets for the other student without additional paperwork.

  • Important: The name on each ticket must be that of a student, NOT a parent or guardian. Please double-check to ensure the correct name is entered when purchasing.

  • Name Changes: If there is a change to the name on the tickets, please let Mrs. Wilson know as soon as possible.

  • You can buy one or two tickets per transaction.

  • Any student leaving Prom before 10 PM will not be allowed re-entry.
